Convenient central location near the heart of the action. The breakfast spread is pretty good with a nice variety of food options to choose from. 🍳

She was putting out cookies when we arrived. That was nice. Loved the breakfast and the choices. Everyone very friendly.

I booked on Book it.com requested to pay when I arrived however once I checked in and informed rep I wanted to pay cash he told me I had to wait and speak with manager, once I spoke with manager I was informed the payment had already been authorized by card which was my mothers card and we weren't prepared for it to be charged luckily she was able to move funds into account to prevent any nsf fees on her account. The hotel was being renovated, hotel was short staffed that day and our room wasn't ready for over twenty minutes and the 5th floor hallways air wasn't working. Other than these things the room was very comfortable the cleaning crew was very friendly and did a great job.

I like staying at the Hampton Inn Jacksonville - East Regency Square when I'm in Jacksonville. The rooms are good, and they have a roll-out bed and a hot tub. The location is convenient, just 3 miles from Parkwood Heights Park.

Convenient spot for a quick overnight stay with super friendly staff. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the airport by car! ✈️

We stayed in a queen room with great Wi-Fi. Everything was brand-new. Fantastic staff greeted us with such kindness. The location was central, excellent in the Jacksonville Area.

Units with a hot tub. Had a shower, a hairdryer and towels in the bathroom.

The staff was very pleasant.

I have stayed there two times and expected my second stay to be better. However, this was not the case. I realize that there was some construction but my room the last time and this time was very dirty. I took some photographs so send to corporate. Debris on the floor, bath and bed. Excessive mold in the restroom, even the door handles were disgusting. I will not be staying there again.

This place has a great location, situated close to nice restaurants, shopping areas, downtown, and the beach.

fairly clean hotel, and the staff were fantastic, location was particularly good very close to cruise terminal. location: the venue was adjacent to nearby restaurant as well as downtown. i was happy to find southern coast seafood, it was not very far from the hotel and served nice food.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great Breakfast and Fresh Coffee available 'round the clock.

It is currently under construction, being updated....therefore limited parking and carpet was yucky.

The breakfast is complimentary and offers a wide selection of food, the staff is attentive, and the location is perfect, with nearby restaurants and stores.

Location was good. Wal-Mart and Mall close by, easy access to interstate. Great rate pricing.
